Ceramic membrane pilot filtration equipment can be replaced with ceramic membrane elements (UF, MF) with different pore sizes. It is widely used in biology, pharmacy, food, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields, and is used for process experiments such as material liquid separation, purification, clarification, sterilization and so on. It can replace the traditional processes such as plate and frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation, diatomite filtration and so on. It can reduce the amount of activated carbon during decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency during resin adsorption and prolong the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin. Ceramic membrane filtration separation technology has the advantages of fast filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operation cost and long service life.

Product features and process introduction

1. The system adopts automatic argon filling protection, single-sided welding and double-sided forming, all welds are polished, smooth and flat, the internal and external surfaces of the pipeline are of good quality, clean, sanitary, safe and reliable;

2. Fillet welds, external butt welds and nozzle ends shall be polished smoothly, and internal welds shall be polished flush;

Equipment configuration
