Ceramic membrane filtration system（BNCM61-6-A）
The technical scheme describes a set of design scheme and equipment for clarification and filtration of trehalose feed liquid. The system includes a set of M61 * 6 ceramic membrane filtration unit, which is used for clarification and filtration of feed liquid and obtains qualified products. This scheme is designed based on the production data of ceramic membrane and combined with our successful experience in applying membrane filtration technology to various industrial production for many years, so as to successfully complete the set processing task.
In the production process, the membrane will be polluted by the filtrate to be filtered. In order to restore the filtration performance of the membrane, the equipment needs to be cleaned in place after each production batch.

Product features and process introduction:
① The system adopts integrated structural design and skid mounted structure. There is no sanitary dead corner on the equipment surface, which meets the requirements of GMP;
② The system is equipped with a security filter to avoid damage to the membrane core due to the mixing of materials with foreign matters;
③ The system is equipped with flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature and other instruments, which can realize on-line monitoring of various parameters, system protection and alarm;
④ The system is equipped with CIP online cleaning system, which can realize one key cleaning of the system, and the cleaning time of the system batch shall not exceed 2H (depending on the specific project situation);
⑤ Except for seals, the main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel.
2. Membrane element, membrane module
The membrane filtration system adopts Bona high-quality ceramic membrane elements with strong anti pollution ability, stable flux and easy cleaning.
3. Pump machine
① The feed pump adopts domestic high-quality multistage vertical centrifugal pump, which is started and controlled by frequency converter to provide pressure and external circulation flow for membrane module. The pump provides high pressure, small volume and reliable and stable performance;
② Domestic high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump is selected as the circulating pump. The frequency converter startup control provides pressure and internal circulating flow (membrane surface flow rate) for the membrane module. The pump provides large flow, stable and reliable operation and strong corrosion resistance.
4. Tank body
The system shall be equipped with one 2000L cleaning solution tank, and pre whistle pipes, valves, reserved holes, etc. shall be designed according to the needs of production and automatic control.
According to bona's many years of relevant engineering experience and pilot test, the sealing materials between system pipes and valves are made of sanitary VMQ materials, and the membrane module seals are made of PTFE + EPDM, which is acid and alkali resistant, which can ensure the sealing stability and safety of the system.
The membrane filtration system is equipped with pressure, temperature, flow and liquid level sensors, which are matched with field display pressure and temperature instruments.
7. Recoil system
The membrane filtration system is equipped with an automatic recoil system, which can automatically recoil online during operation, so as to ensure the long-term and stable operation of the membrane filtration system, reduce the attenuation speed of membrane flux, prolong the service time and improve the output of a single batch.
8. System security
The system monitors all safety related parameters in real-time operation, and makes corresponding actions or automatic shutdown protection and buzzer alarm according to different conditions. The alarm information is accurate enough to record the fault location and cause, and the alarm record can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system will stop immediately, and the equipment will enter the standby state when reset.

Compared with traditional filtration clarification technology, membrane technology has obvious technical advantages:
1. The membrane surface is not prone to concentration polarization and membrane surface pollution, which can realize ultra long-time production;
2. The filtrate obtained by membrane filtration is clear and transparent, the product quality is good and the product recovery rate is high;
3. The membrane separation process has no phase change and is carried out at room temperature, especially the production of heat sensitive substances;
4. The equipment has stable process, high repeatability between batches, high degree of automation, easy self-control and maintenance, can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce labor intensity;
