Product introduction:

        Ceramic membrane filtration system (bncm19-6-m) is an automatic production equipment. The equipment is composed of 6 19 core membrane modules. Each membrane module is equipped with 19 membrane elements, which can be used for the production of processes such as concentration, separation, purification and clarification of feed liquid. This set of equipment can be replaced with 5nm-1500nm ceramic membrane element, and the membrane element model is jdm30-19-4-1200. The main components of the system include feed pump, circulating pump, ceramic membrane module, recoil system, control cabinet and system pipeline, circulating tank, cleaning tank, etc.

Product features and process introduction:

1. Mainframe

  • The system adopts integrated structural design and skid mounted structure. There is no sanitary dead corner on the equipment surface, which meets the requirements of GMP;
  • The system is equipped with a security filter to avoid damage to the membrane core due to the mixing of materials with foreign matters;
  • The system is equipped with pressure, temperature and other instruments, which can realize on-line monitoring;
  • The system is equipped with flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature and other instruments, which can realize on-line monitoring of various parameters, system protection and alarm;
  • The system is equipped with CIP online cleaning system, which can realize one key cleaning of the system, and the cleaning time of the system batch shall not exceed 2 h (depending on the specific project situation);
  • Except for seals, the main equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel;
  • It adopts automatic argon filling protection, single-sided welding and double-sided forming. All welds are polished, smooth and flat. The internal and external surfaces of the pipeline are of good quality, clean, sanitary, safe and reliable.

2. Membrane element, membrane module

The membrane filtration system adopts Bona high-quality ceramic membrane elements with strong anti pollution ability, stable flux and easy cleaning.

3. Pump body

        The feed pump adopts domestic high-quality multistage vertical centrifugal pump, which is started and controlled by frequency converter to provide pressure and external circulation flow for membrane module. The pump provides high pressure, small volume, reliable and stable performance.

        The domestic high-quality horizontal stainless steel centrifugal pump is selected as the circulating pump. The frequency converter is started and controlled to provide pressure and internal circulating flow (membrane surface flow rate) for the membrane module. The double end mechanical seal is adopted without oil seal, which will not cause material pollution due to seal wear. The pump provides large flow, stable and reliable operation and strong corrosion resistance.

4. Tank body

The system needs to be equipped with one 600L cleaning solution tank, and reserved pipes, valves, reserved holes, etc. are designed according to the needs of production and automatic control.

5. Seal

        According to bona's many years of relevant engineering experience and pilot test, the sealing materials between system pipes and valves are made of sanitary VMQ materials, and the membrane module seals are made of PTFE + EPDM, which is acid and alkali resistant, which can ensure the sealing stability and safety of the system.

6. Safety device

        The system monitors all safety related parameters in real-time operation, and makes corresponding actions or automatic shutdown protection and buzzer alarm according to different conditions. The alarm information is accurate enough to record the fault location and cause, and the alarm record can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system will stop immediately, and the equipment will enter the standby state when reset.

7. Automatic control process

        The system displays working pressure, flow, temperature, liquid level, pump operation status, valve switching status, operation mode, operation status, alarm information, etc. in real time; The circulating pump and feed pump are controlled by frequency converter, and the operation frequency can be set and displayed to control the flow of circulating materials and membrane pressure difference in the system, so as to ensure the membrane surface flow rate of 3-5M / s required for membrane filtration. The equipment operation history is traceable, and the data shall be kept for at least 24 months.

8. Equipment cleaning

        In the production process, the membrane itself will produce pollution, which reduces the membrane flux. In order to restore the membrane flux, the membrane needs to be cleaned. The system is equipped with a cleaning tank. The cleaning process takes 1-2 hours according to the membrane pollution and utility conditions.

 

Basic configuration:

        One circulating pump, one feed pump, one slag discharge pump, six membrane modules, 114 membrane elements, one cleaning tank, two material tanks, one concentrated liquid flowmeter, one night clearing flowmeter, three pressure sensors, one temperature sensor, three liquid level sensors, a unified set of recoil system, one set of control system, two security filters, equipment racks, valves A number of serial snap joints and their connectors.

 

Advantages of ceramic membrane filtration system:

The membrane surface is not prone to concentration polarization and membrane surface pollution, and the attenuation of membrane transmission rate is slow.

Using pressure as the driving force of membrane separation, the separation device is simple, easy to operate and easy to realize automation.

The separation process has no phase change and significant energy saving. The separation process can be realized in the accuracy range of 5nm ~ 1000nm (the accuracy outside the range needs to be customized).

It can withstand strong acid and alkali. The cleaning process is simple and convenient. It can carry out high-intensity frequent recoil cleaning and high concentration and long-time chemical cleaning.

It is widely used in chemical industry, food, medicine, environmental protection, biotechnology, energy engineering and other fields.
