Multi enzyme cascade reactor
The multi enzyme cascade reactor +mdjm-3-3 adopts the multi-stage mixed reaction and the organic membrane cross flow filtration method. The materials are mixed in the mixing tank and then enter the reaction tank. The equipment is divided into three-stage tubular reaction, the fluid goes through the shell, and the inner part is provided with a baffle plate. The baffle area is two-thirds of the cross-sectional area of the reaction pipe. The internal pipe type heat exchange system is equipped with a constant temperature tank to provide cooling and heating medium. After the reaction, the liquid can enter the corresponding organic membrane filtration. After the reaction, the liquid flows rapidly on the surface of the organic membrane, and provides certain pressure to make the small molecular matter pass through the membrane surface vertically, while the intercepted macromolecular material is washed away.

Description of equipment structure：
1. There is no welding point between the equipment material and the pipeline to ensure the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The operation is simple, clean, safe and reliable;
2. The equipment power supply adopts double switch control, low-voltage power supply can fully ensure the safety of equipment and personnel;
3. Three stage tubular reactor with baffles, tubular heat exchange system, external thermostat, cooling and heating medium, temperature range of 5-50 degrees, at least three sampling ports. SL static mixer was used for mixing;
4. The three-stage membrane filtration system is equipped for material recovery of multi-stage and three-stage tubular reactor, with 10 kinds of membrane elements, including 10kd, 2okd, 30kd, 40KD, 5okd, 6okd, 7okd, 8okd, 9okd and 100kD;
5. Using touch screen control: reaction stage and feed pump can be selected;
6. Each stage of tubular reactor and membrane filtration is equipped with circulating pump, which can be used for the circulation of reaction materials and enzyme; 7. It is equipped with 10 tanks, each volume is 2L.
