Membrane filtration equipment BONA-GM-W18-UC adopt cross flow technique.  Feed flow at a high speed on the surface of the organic membrane. And provide a pressure, so the small molecules can pass through the membrane vertically, and the trapped macromolecular would be flushed away. It is used for process experiments such as concentration, separation, purification, clarification, sterilization and so on.

Equipment introduction：
1. The experimental machine adopts an integrated design, the equipment is simple to operate, equipped with casters, easy to move, and there is no sanitary dead corner on the surface of the equipment, which meets the requirements of GMP.
2. The system is equipped with a permeate flowmeter, and the permeate flux can be read directly.
3. The inner and outer surfaces of the equipment pipelines are of good quality, smooth and flat, clean and hygienic, safe and reliable, to ensure the pressure and corrosion resistance of the equipment.
4. The equipment frame is brushed/polished, and the fillet welds, external butt welds and the ends of the nozzles are polished and smooth.
5. With Temperature control system, the machine will shutdown automatically if the temperature over the range. which can fully guarantee the safety of the equipment and personnel. 
6. Can be replaced with different pore size ceramic membrane elements (20nm-1400nm).
7. Membrane elements passed GB4086.4-2016, GB/T26572-2011 inspection.
8. Membrane housing adopt automatic argon arc welding, single side welding and double side forming. Makes the machine is easy to operate, clean, safe and reliable.
