Product features and process introduction:
1. The membrane test cell is rectangular shape, made of acrylic material, with special channel design and water distributor, which can ensure that the pressure and flow at each point of the diaphragm are stable and consistent.

2. The flow range of the pump is designed exactly according to the Cross flow velocity of Sanitary membrane element surface. The experimental parameters of the equipment can be put into industrial production directly.

3. It is designed according to the fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence of the membrane tank and the reliability and stability of the test data.

4. Circulating pump flow regulation, touch screen control and intelligent digital display can meet the requirements of different experimental conditions and membrane flow.

5. All stainless steel adopt automatic argon arc welding, single side welding and double side forming, without welding points in the pipes contacted with solution to ensure the pressure and corrosion resistance of the equipment.Makes the machine is easy to operate, clean, safe and reliable.
