Circular or square test cells of different sizes can be customized according to experimental requirements.

Product features and process introduction:
1. The equipment is equipped with a data recording system, which can record the temperature, pressure, raw water conductivity, permeate conductivity and permeate weight at the same time. The data can be copy with USB flash disk or connected to the computer for data detection. The data can be output to the table for analysis and summary. And can be output as a form for analysis and summary.

2. The pump adopts pressure sensing system, which can set the maximum pressure to realize automatic overpressure protection, and the use process is absolutely safe.

3. The pump adopts temperature sensing system, which can set the maximum pressure to realize automatic over temperature protection, and the use process is absolutely safe.

4. The equipment is equipped with conductivity detection system, which can detect the conductivity of stock solution and permeate at any time.

5. The equipment equipped with the permeate automatic collection system. After the conductivity detection, the liquid enters the weighing system through the pipeline. The collection and discharge time of permeate can be set according to requirements or the weight of permeate. Weighing data acquisition can be changed according to the recording system.

6. The membrane tank flow channel is special designed, which can ensure that the pressure and flow at each point of the diaphragm are stable and consistent.

7. It is designed according to the fluid dynamics to ensure the tangential flow and turbulence of the membrane tank and the reliability and stability of the test data.

8. Microfiltration membrane, ultrafiltration membrane and nanofiltration membrane can be installed. It is suitable for membrane test and filtration experiment of a small amount of liquid.

9. Jacketed material tank can be connected with high and low temperature circulating device for temperature control
