Product introduction
Ceramic membrane pilot filtration system (bona-gm-m22sa) can replace ceramic membrane elements (UF and MF) with different pore sizes. It is widely used in biology, pharmacy, food, chemical industry, environmental protection and other fields, and is used for process experiments such as material liquid separation, purification, clarification and sterilization. It can replace the traditional processes such as plate and frame filtration, centrifugal separation, solvent extraction, natural sedimentation and diatomite filtration, reduce the amount of activated carbon during decolorization, improve the adsorption efficiency during resin adsorption and prolong the regeneration cycle of ion exchange resin. Ceramic membrane filtration separation technology has the advantages of fast filtration speed, high yield, good quality, low operation cost and long service life.

Basic configuration
Circulating pump, membrane stack (ceramic membrane element + high-pressure membrane shell), pressure protection system (automatic), temperature protection system (automatic), control system (frequency conversion control), PLC touch screen, material tank, pressure regulating valve device, material pipeline (clear liquid pipeline + concentrated liquid pipeline), equipment frame (SUS304).
Equipment construction description
1. The membrane shell is designed according to the fluid dynamics, and the membrane surface velocity range of the membrane element is configured completely according to the industrial production, which can ensure that the experimental parameters selected by the equipment can be directly put into the industrial production;
2. With automatic overpressure protection function, set pressure protection parameters. When the system operation pressure monitoring exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically interlock protection action, audible and visual alarm and automatic shutdown;
3. With automatic overtemperature protection function, set temperature protection parameters. When the system operation temperature monitoring exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically interlock protection action, audible and visual alarm and automatic shutdown;
4. The system monitors all safety related parameters during real-time operation, makes corresponding protection actions, buzzer alarm and automatic shutdown protection according to different conditions, accurately records the alarm information, location and cause, and the alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system will stop immediately, and the equipment will enter the standby state when reset;
5. The system automatically controls the working pressure and circulating flow through PLC, and can realize two filtration modes: constant pressure filtration and constant flow filtration, which can meet the experimental needs under different conditions, with strong universality and convenient operation;
6. It can be replaced with other ceramic membrane components with any precision of the same model;
7. The in-line tube heat exchanger is used to control the temperature of materials in the system through external circulating cooling water, so as to ensure the heat exchange area and avoid the residue of materials in the system, which meets the hygienic requirements;
8. All stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, single-sided welding and double-sided forming. There are no welding points in the pipeline in contact with materials, so as to ensure the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment. The internal and external surfaces of the equipment pipeline are of good quality, simple operation, clean, sanitary, safe and reliable;
