The organic membrane pilot filtration system (BONA-GM-1819A) has the characteristics of strong anti fouling ability, easy cleaning and high pressure resistance. It can replace microfiltration, ultrafiltration and nanofiltration membrane elements. Through pipeline switching, filtration experiments or production with different accuracy can be completed without dismantling membrane elements, realizing unified experiment and unified cleaning, which facilitates the operation requirements; It is widely used in the separation and purification of fermentation, plant extraction, food and beverage, biopharmaceutical, chemical industry, environmental protection and other cross fields.

Basic configuration

Circulating pump, membrane stack (organic membrane element + high-pressure membrane shell), pressure protection system (automatic), temperature protection system (automatic), control system (frequency conversion control), PLC touch screen, material tank, pressure regulating valve device, material pipeline (clear liquid pipeline + concentrated liquid pipeline), equipment frame (SUS304).


Equipment construction description

1. Membrane elements: imported membrane elements are adopted, which meet the U.S. FDA, USDA and 3-A sanitary standards;

2. The membrane shell is designed according to the fluid dynamics, and the membrane surface velocity range of sanitary membrane elements is configured completely according to the industrial production, which can ensure that the experimental parameters selected by the equipment can be directly put into the industrial production;

3. With automatic overpressure protection function, set pressure protection parameters. When the system operation pressure monitoring exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically interlock protection action, audible and visual alarm and automatic shutdown;

4. With automatic overtemperature protection function, set temperature protection parameters. When the system operation temperature monitoring exceeds the set protection value, the system will automatically interlock protection action, audible and visual alarm and automatic shutdown;

5. The system monitors all safety related parameters during real-time operation, makes corresponding protection actions, buzzer alarm and automatic shutdown protection according to different conditions, accurately records the alarm information, location and cause, and the alarm records can be traced. The system is equipped with an emergency stop button. When pressed, the system will stop immediately, and the equipment will enter the standby state when reset

6. The system automatically controls the working pressure and circulating flow through PLC, and can realize two filtration modes: constant pressure filtration and constant flow filtration, which can meet the experimental needs under different conditions, with strong universality and convenient operation;

7. Other types of microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration membrane and reverse osmosis membrane elements can be replaced;

8. The in-line tube heat exchanger is used to control the temperature of materials in the system through external circulating cooling water, so as to ensure the heat exchange area and avoid material residue in the system. It meets the sanitary requirements. All stainless steel welding adopts automatic argon filling protection, single-sided welding and double-sided forming. There are no welding points in the pipeline in contact with materials, so as to ensure the pressure resistance and corrosion resistance of the equipment, The internal and external surfaces of equipment and pipelines are of good quality, simple operation, clean and sanitary, safe and reliable.
