EU intends to revise the maximum residue limit of fludioxonil in gourd peel and radish
According to the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA), the European Food Safety Authority issued opinions on the revision of the maximum residue limits of fludioxonil in gourd peel and radish on February 15.
It is understood that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 6 of Regulation No396/2005 of the European Commission (EC), France has received an application from Syngenta to revise the maximum residue limit of fludioxonil. In order to coordinate the maximum residue limit (MRL) of fludioxonil, France proposes to revise its maximum residue limit.
According to Chapter 8 of Regulation No396/2005 of the European Commission (EC), France drafted an assessment report, submitted it to the European Commission, and then transferred it to the European Food Safety Agency. After reviewing the assessment report, the European Food Safety Authority made the following decision:
