Alkaloid separation and purification packing

Alkaloids are nitrogen-containing organic compounds derived from the plant kingdom. They are very effective active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicines. The effect on traditional silica gel or alumina chromatography is often not ideal. Generally, acid water with PH<3 is used to extract alkaloids. The extract is directly applied to SP cation exchange packing to extract the crude extract (purity can reach 80%), and then the monomer is extracted through SKP or SKR series fine separation and purification packing. In particular, SKP series fillers are resistant to strong acids and alkalis, and are more widely used than traditional silica gel matrix fillers and have a longer life.
