MISPE organic phosphorus special solid phase extraction column

This product has high selective adsorption performance for trichlorfon, methamidophos, acephate, omethoate, monocrotophos, dimethoate, phosphoramine, methyl parathion, malathion and other organophosphorus pesticides.

Instructions:
1. Sample extraction: accurately weigh out 1.0 g sample, extract 3 times with 30 mL double-distilled water solution ultrasonically, and combine the extracts to make the volume to 100 mL.
2. Enrichment and purification: before use, rinse the MISPE column with 6 mL methanol and redistilled water respectively. Control the flow rate to enrich 100 mL of the above extraction solution, the pesticide molecules are selectively enriched on the adsorption functional material, and the unenriched ones are discharged as waste liquid. The MISPE column is washed with 5 mL n-hexane to remove impurities, and then eluted with 2 mL methanol/glacial acetic acid (95:5, v/v). The collected eluate is blown dry with nitrogen, and then 0.2 mL dichloride The methane was reconstituted, filtered through a 0.45μm filter membrane and analyzed by gas chromatography.
